thumpermike1 Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 Hi All, This post follows on from a post regarding a post i last year about my Galaxy going into limp mode when towing our caravan whilst going up hill. Well when i first used vcds i got a fault code regarding boost pressure deviation. I have now used Innotec to clean the turbo, what a pleasure that was!! I cleared the code when i first read the system, and on re-scanning it tonight it has not returned!! However on advice from someone on here i scanned the autobox for fault codes and came up with two. 00300 - Transmission fluid temp. Sensor (G93) 27-10 - Implausible signal - intermittent 00526 - Shareware version. To decode all DTCs 28-10 - please register/activate - Intermittent Firstly what do these point to, and secondly could they cause the limp mode issue? Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Quote
thumpermike1 Posted January 22, 2014 Author Report Posted January 22, 2014 Hi,Spoke to my local ford dealership parts department today and have been told he could not find any temp sensor connected to the auto gear box. I'm a bit stumped now, anyone got any idea what the problem could be? Quote
chrispb123456 Posted January 22, 2014 Report Posted January 22, 2014 Clear it and see if it comes, the sensor is inside the gearbox You can see the gearbox temp in measuring blocks. iirc 005 Quote
